Privacy and Anonymity
Cape collects only the essentials—no names, social security numbers, or birthdates. Call metadata, like location data or call logs, is stored briefly or not at all. For details, check our Privacy Policy.

Cape is the only privacy and security-focused cellular carrier running all traffic through our own mobile core. This gives us control of subscriber authentication, how calls and SMS are routed, and what information is shared from phones to the network.
SIM Swap Protection
SIM swapping is used by bad actors to steal your phone number and access your financial and social media accounts. Cape protects against SIM swaps using modern account authentication protocols. You, and only you, can transfer your phone number using a 24-word private key, which Cape does not ever store or read.
